The WineTrax: Customer and Uvint/Bvint Mgmt System (WTX) or WTX is an internet (cloud) based application utilizing a centralized customer database allowing access to pertinent information including customer data, uvint/brewvint operations, products and their descriptions, etc. having secured access from any device, from anywhere and anytime.

WineTrax is an intuitive cloud based business software accessible by PC, smartphones or tablets. It is designed for retail outlets that sell wine and/or beer and/or cider kits and offers fermenting on premise (FOP) services and support. The system has an easy to use interface for managing customer information and loyalty programs, winery work, and bottling appointments including an automated email bottling appointment reminders to customers! Store hours, holiday schedules, and wine kit product information are all customizable in the system and a variety of reports are available.

WineTrax will provide tools to track the business uvint/brewvint activities, setup bottling appointments on one or more bottling stations, configure email reminders for appointments, report uvint/brewvint operations such as filtering, racking, stirring, customer management tools, kits and products management. In addition to these features, WineTrax also provides tools to administer gift certificates (creating and redeeming), add employees and their level of access privileges, track inventory allowing the system to inform one of how many product kits remain in inventory when one is setting up a batch record, a variety of reports useful in facilitating financial reporting, and so much more ...

Technically, the system is based on a combination of PHP, CSS, Javascript, HTML, SQL and MySQL server all operating on a Linux data server at the ISP. The design eliminates bottlenecks with respect to the number of concurrent accesses to the system allowing multiple users (staff) access at the same time to check on customer's bottling appointments, or product information retrieval. The system is also scalable allowing the business to grow from hundreds of customers to thousands of customers.
